At the December 9, 2021 meeting of the Butte County Planning Commission, your request for a partial abandonment of the 20 foot public access easement was determined to be exempt from environmental review and approved.
Should you chose to appeal the decision of the Butte County Planning Commission, please submit your appeal, in writing, together with the appeal fee of $674.00, to the Department of Development Services, 7 County Center Drive, Oroville, California 95965,
prior to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021.
Please contact Bill Bridgnell (530.538.7266) of the Butte County Department of Public Works after the ten day appeal period is over to complete the requirements to record the abandonment.
