Your project is proposed in the M-1 / GI / NCSP zone area, and the proposal is for a Towing
Business, determined to be allowed by right at this location: no discretionary application is
necessary. Per CEQA guidelines Section 15268 ministerial actions are exempt from CEQA.
The required building permit for this proposal is / will be ministerial.
