Board Members,
Provided below is the information on the County EOC COVID-19 Operations that I did not share
during the meeting yesterday:
COVID-19 Call Center - 2,876 calls - averaging 50 calls per day
Project Roomkey
150 FEMA eligible individuals currently in Project Roomkey hotel rooms
112 N. County
38 S. County
265 FEMA eligible individuals served by Project Roomkey to-date
Delivery Task Force - 85 requests for Delivery Task Force - 18 deliveries for individuals that could not
be served by other programs
Great Plates Delivered - 91 qualified individuals were served. The program ends today.
County Operations
More departments will be reopening to the public over the next few weeks. We are planning on
partially opening 25 County Center Drive on Monday, if all mitigations are in place. Some
departments will be open as usual, while others will meet with the public by appointment only. I
won't have full details until Friday. Reopening the Board Chambers to the public will be further out,
as the required mitigations will require staff resources beyond what we have available at this time. If
restrictions are reduced, or we are able to obtain additional staff support just for Board Meetings,
we will consider a partial re-opening. At this time, we would be allowed to accommodate 25%
capacity, with a number of mitigations. More to come as we move further into reopening.
