County Realignment Backfill
The Budget Act of 2020 provides $1 billion as Realignment backfill and the budget bill language requires the
Department of Finance to consult with CSAC to determine the countywide allocation schedule for this funding.

attachment displays the initial $750 million and for the $250 million that is dependent upon the state receiving
additional COVID-Realignment County Backfill
