Newsom Administration - Resources / Mutual Aid / Executive Orders
Today, Governor Newsom announced new state guidance to clarify what personal services can
be performed outdoors. Hair services are allowed, as are services for skincare, nails, and
massage. Other services which require a more hygienic environment (tattooing, electrolysis,
piercing) cannot be performed outdoors. You may view the guidelines here.
Governor Newsom also announced there are now 33 counties on the watch list. You may view
