2. Module 4F Liner repair project (an area damaged by the Camp Fire). Damage occurred above the placement
of waste on the north and west bench of Module 4F. In 2019 NRRWF implemented an Erosion Control Plan
and covered the damaged area with rainfly. Rainfly has since been removed to expose the damaged liner.
Repairs are scheduled to commence the week of August 31, 2020 and work will coincide with the Module
5C liner project (i.e. utilize the same geotextile installer). RCI General Engineering (contractor) and Geo-
Logic (CQA Firm). Photo taken 8/26/20.

3. Module 4 Landfill Gas Expansion project. Contractor arrived on-site last week to mobilize equipment, stage
materials, and fuse pipe. A total of eleven (11) landfill gas wells are envisioned to be drilled on Module 4
with wells to be drilled on the south slope, west slope, and top deck. Rainfly was removed from the west
face of Module 4 to provide access. Drilling started 8/26/20. View towards the west of the first landfill gas
well located on the west face of Module 4. Upon completion of work, the side slopes of Module 4 will be
covered with posi-shell®, the same soil stabilization applied for NRRWFs 2019 Erosion Control Project.
