Good Afternoon,
Report as of 12:30pm, Tuesday 12/28/21
Nothing new to report other than plowing operations are continuing as detailed in this morning’s
update.
No Major damage to infrastructure has been reported around bridges, roadways, and guard rails.
Snow plowing is occurring as we speak in the upper elevations mentioned above.
Snow plowing is occurring from Paradise town limits to Sterling City. No damages to report.
Snow plowing is occurring in Butte Meadows, Forest Ranch, and the Cohasset area. No
damages to report.
Snow plowing is occurring in the Concow area. No damages to report.
Snow plowing is occurring up to the road closure at Mt. House (Oro Quincy Hwy). No
damages to report.
Snow plowing is occurring in Berry Creek, Forbestown, and Lumpkin Road. No damages to
report.
Neal Road Waste facility is reporting light rain, but no significant problems. No damage to
report.
Tree crews are reporting a minimal amount of problematic trees.
I will provide further updates as needed, probably this evening.

Good Morning,
Report as of 8:30am, Tuesday 12/28/21
Snow elevations have dropped over night with 1”-2” being report at approximately the 2000’
elevation. Public Works is working in conjunction with CHP to implement chain advisories moving
into the upper elevations, including Paradise, and some rural areas including; Forest Ranch,
Cohasset, Concow, Berry Creek, Oro Quincy, Lumpkin Road, Forbestown. Signage is being placed or
permanent signed is being turned to notify public of these advisories.

Good Afternoon,
Below is an infrastructure reporting as of 1:00pm Monday, 12/27/21. Nothing new to report from
this morning’s update.
Snow plowing is occurring from DeSabla to Sterling City. No damages to report.
Snow plowing is occurring in Butte Meadows, the upper end of Forest Ranch, and the
Cohasset area No new damages to report.
No snow reported for the Concow area. No damages to report.
Snow is occurring up to the road closure at Mt. House (Oro Quincy Hwy). No damages to
report.
Snow plowing operations are occurring in the upper reaches of Berry Creek, Forbestown,
and Lumpkin Road. No damages to report.
No bridge structure damage or debris to report.
Neal Road Waste facility is reporting muddy conditions, but no damage to report.
A traffic signal power pedestal was destroyed as a result of a traffic accident at Lower
Wyandotte Road and Ophir Road (Near Feather Falls Casino). St. Francis traffic consultant
provided a temporary fix. Traffic signal is now functioning.
Tree crews are reporting a minimal amount of trees down. All roadways are open due to
any downed trees over the weekend.
I will provide further updates as needed, probably tomorrow morning.

My name is Terry Edwards, I’m currently helping out as the Interim Assistant Director for Public
Works.
Below is an infrastructure reporting as of 8:30am Monday, 12/27/21. No damage of any significance
to report. Roadways are cleared of tree debris. Snow plowing is currently active in some locations.
Snow plowing is occurring from DeSabla to Sterling City, no damage to report.
Snow plowing is occurring in Butte Meadows, the upper end of Forest Ranch, and the
Cohasset area. Minor guard rail damage to report.
No snow reported for the Concow area.
Snow has been plowed to the road closure at Mt. House (Oro Quincy Hwy).
