I tried several times to darken it on the printer so you can read the original letter (which is written on binder paper and a light pencil) but was unsuccessful. Some pages were readable, while others were not at all. So I attempted to transcribe as best as I could read. Please see attached scan as well as transcribed document. I have a second strike from the Felony carrying a dirk or dagger in 21CF05626, no prior violent crimes or history and the probation had no legal jurisdiction over me, with evidence in court of Complete Innocence by Honorable Judge Kimberly Merrifizld. I have informed the Jail Headquarters and Mrs. Merriffizld of this illegal holding and all the discriminating proof in full to bunch of others in G-Pod many have fraudulent or extorted slander keeping them illegally, most are innocent to be proven with a legitimate investigation. We need Federal Intervention Immediately. Just remember what they say about Government and Military Officials in the Jail or Prison – It is a Federal Crime and a Act of terrorism, making the sector territory. Just know they are using all power to cause dangerous living situations, when I snap and say I’m tired of being raped. Butte County Jail, California 95965. Oroville should know they have been using power similar to my old one. It’s been so disrespectful talking with guards who let it happen knowingly and don’t have any consensual realism.
