To the board of supervisors of the city of Chico CA.
My name is Bill Donovan, a citizen of Chico in district 2. I am writing in opposition to the settlement in
Warren vs Chico. The city is not a latrine for the homeless. The parks and public spaces in this town belong to the
citizens . I have endured the last time YOU allowed the homeless to camp out in town Helier shelter. The result was
our parks and town looked like an over flowing trash bin or worse in some areas a septic tank. And the money the
opposing lawyers, parasites, are being paid is disgusting. Let the homeless camp out in their back yard along with in
governor nonsense back yard. I remember how the parks stank of human feces constantly, trash disposed of as in a
landfill in our parks. Trash this agreement or resign if you can not represent the people. And to any of my fellow
citizens in support of this outrage let the homeless camps out in your back yard.
