Daneluk, AICP, Director Curtis Johnson, Assistant Director 7 County Center Drive T: 530.552.7601 Oroville, California 95965 F: 530.538.7785 January 19, 2022 Mr. Curt Hull 4141 Spyglass Road Chico, CA 95973 Subject: BCALUC Consistency Review (A22-0002) of a proposed project a two-lot land division on APN: 047-780-013 Dear Mr. Hull: The Butte County Airport Land Use Commission (BCALUC) held a consistency height review hearing on January 19, 2022 for the proposed project (a two-lot land division) within the Compatibility Zones B2 and C of the Chico Municipal Airport. The standard parcel sizes for the B2 and C Compatibility Zones are 5 acres and 1-acre, respectively. The project was reviewed for consistency under Butte County Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (BCALUCP) Section 3.8 Exceptions to Land Use Criteria allows Site-Specific Special Conditions Exceptions. Based on analysis and findings included in the staff report, along with a condition requiring residential dwellings to be located within the C Compatibility portion of the lots, the BCALUC found the project consistent with the BCALUCP.
