HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-112WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive State -Aid Department of Transportation reimbursement
funding as an Administering Agency for certain designated transportation projects, through the State of California,
Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements and Program Supplemental Agreements need to be executed with the State of
California Department of Transportation to establish terms and conditions applicable to the Administering Agency before
such qualifying transportation, projects are commenced and reimbursement of funds can be claimed, and
WHEREAS, the State of Caffornia, Department of Transportation has transmitted the new Master Agreement,
Administering Agency -State Agreement for State -Aid Projects, No. 03-5912521 to the County for approval and execution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that:
1. The Master Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for State -Aid Projects, No. 03-5912S21 is
hereby approved; and
2. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to execute the Master Agreement, Administering Agency
- State Agreement for State -Aid Projects, No.03-5912S21 on behalf of the County of Butte; and
The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte is hereby authorized to provide a certified copy
of the Resolution for attachment to the Master Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for
State -Aid Projects, No. 03-59I12521.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this loth day of August, 2021, by the following
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimimelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
