NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 29
Reference C of Ordinance No. 4198 of the County of Butte entitled "Appointed Officials with Bi -weekly Range
Assignments" by amending the salary plan for the classifications to include:
Section 29 Reference C (Effective August 21, 2021)-3%
Salary Plan for Positions (See Attachment A)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 101h day of August, 2021, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
