Board Member/ Committee Reports and Board Member Comments (Pursuant to California State law, the Board is prohibited from taking action on any item not listed on the agenda) Supervisor Kimmelshue stated he supports the Public Works item that was discussed by Director Josh Pack, regarding the landfill. Chair Connelly stated he was concerned with the conditions of the roads post Camp Fire and North Complex Fire. He requested staff assess damages and come up with an estimate of cost to fix the roads that were effected. He would also like staff to explore methods of funding. All other Supervisors supported this idea. Supervisor Teeter reported that he attended a meeting for the Butte County Fire Safe Council meeting discussion. Supervisor Lucero reported on her attendance at the following: Transitional Adult Youth Mental Health Conference with the Hmong Community, Art Show @ The Museum of Northern California Art for Stonewall Alliance, Supervisor Ritter reported on her attendance at the following: Air Quality Management District meeting, Memorial Day Remembrance at Chico Fire Station 5, Butte County Fire Safe Council meeting, Emergency Housing Voucher Program meeting, Behavioral Health Executive Board meeting, Sacramento Valley Basinwide Air Control Council meeting, First 5 Administrative meeting, and an online GMS Radio Training. 5.02 Update of Budget, Legislative, and Other Current Issues by the Chief Administrative Officer A. COVID-19 Update by the Public Health Director Danette York, Public Health Director, provided an update on COVID-19. The following members of the public submitted public comment: Diana Dreiss, Erin, Julie Castenada (electronically), Cheryl Downey (electronically), and Cynthia Pendery (electronically). B.
