WHEREAS, the Department of Behavioral (Health requires authorization from the Board of Supervisors to enter
into the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Performance Agreement for FY 2021-24; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires the Board of Supervisors to authorize Scott Kennelly, Director, of the Department of
Behavioral Health to sign the agreement and all amendments for FY 2021-2.4; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the
Department of Behavioral Health to accept this non-financial agreement amendment with the DHCS and to accept above
described provisions of this agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of September, 2021, by the
fallowing vote:
AYES: Supervisors tucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
