WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), wishes to enter into an
agreement with the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) to provide vocational rehabilitation services to mutual
clients receiving services from IBCBDH and DOR;
WHEREAS, DOR requires that an individual be authorized to sign said agreement along with all amendments there
to, except to increase the financial liability of Butte County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisor authorize Scott Kennelly, Butte
County Department of Behavioral Health Director, to sign said agreement and all amendments there to, except to increase
the financial liability of Butte County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14"" day of September, 2021, by the
following vote
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
