AGREEMENT'AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO FROM THE 2020 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM- CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ROUND 2 AND 3 (CDBG-CV2 and CV3) NOFA
DATED DECEMBER 18,2020
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte as follows:
The County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves the submission to the State of California ("State") of
one or more application(s) in the aggregate amount, not to exceed, of $337,297 for the following CLBG-V2 and CV3
activities pursuant to the December 2020 CDBG-CV2/3 Notice of Funding Availability ("NOFA"):
List activities and amounts
Public Service- Food Distribution Expansion $293,448
General Administration _$43,849
TOTAL $337,297
SECTION 2:
The County hereby approves the use of Program Income in an amount notto exceed $0 for the CDBG-CV2 and CV3
activities described in Section 1.
SECTION 3:
The County acknowledges compliance with all state and federal public participation requirements in the development of
its application(s).
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute and deliver all
applications and act on the County's, behalf in all matters pertaining to all such applications.

If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee, is authorized to enter into, execute and deliver
the grant agreement ("Standard Agreement") and any and all subsequent amendments thereto with the State for the
purposes of the grant.
If an application is approved, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee, is authorized to sign and submit Funds
Requests and all required reporting forms and other documentation as may be required by the State from time to time in
connection with the grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of September, 2021, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter, and Chair Connelly
