HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-142WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of Butte due to COVID-19, in accordance
with the proclamation made by the Chief Administrative Officer on the 61h day of March, 2020 and reaffirmed
and ratified by the Board of Supervisors on the 101h day of March, 2020; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme, peril is now deemed to Ibe within the
control of the, normal protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 14th day of September, 2021, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Kimmelshue and Chair Connelly
NOES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter and Teeter
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: N:one
