Resolution No. 21-148
WHEREAS, Butte County through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) wishes to amend its Agreement
#20-10171 (Amendment A01) with the Department of Health Cage Services (DHCS) for fiscal years 2020 thru 2023; and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires a resolution by the Board of Supervisors designating Scott Kennelly, Director, Butte
County Department of Behavioral Health be authorized to sign said amendment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes BCDBH to
accept the terms of the above -referenced agreement amendment with DHCS and authorizes the Director of BCDBH to
sign said agreement amendment and all amendments thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 28th day of September, 2021 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: done
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
