BY SECTION 7910, DIVISION 9 OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVE�RNMENT'CODiE
WHEREAS, Article Xlll-B of the California Constitution provides that local governments must establish annual
appropriation limits pursuant to said Article; and
WHEREAS, Section; 79101, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides that the governing body of each local
jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly scheduled meeting;
and
WHEREAS, the Auditor -Controller has calculated in Butte Couinty appropriations limit for fiscal year 2021-2022 to
be $207,913,986; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby establishes the
appropriations limit to be $207,913,986 for fiscal year 2021-2022; and
FURTHER, that said appropriation limit, and the determination, thereof are in compliance with Article Xlll-B of the
California Constitution.
