WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH), contracts with the California
State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS); and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires 'a resolution approving the Mental Health Plan Agreement and delegating signature
authority to the signer, Scott Kennelly LCSW, BCDBH Director;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby approves the Mental
Health Plan agreement and authorizes Scott Kennelly, LCSW, BCDBH Director, to sign the Mental Health Plan agreement.
PASSED AND ADORNED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 81" day of February, 2022, by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Lucero, Ritter, Kimmelshue, Teeter and Chair Connelly
