Alpert:
I’m experiencing difficulty submitting my eComment. In fact, I have lost two eComments completely. I
have asked for assistance from the Clerk of the Board following your written instructions and I am now
being denied this assistance.
What law are you using to deny my request from the Clerk of the Board when your system is not
functioning properly?
Please ask Mr. Alpert, county counsel, to put in writing your refusal to assist me.
I’m anxious to get my eComment posted by your deadline, and would like to resolve this issue
promptly.
The emails going back and forth are uncalled for and unprofessional. It’s greatly disturbing to have to
deal with such incompetence in our local government.

Mr. Pickett and Clerk,
Here is a photo of my eComment which was submitted and not received. It says I submitted
it too fast. That doesn’t make sense because it took me about an hour and half to compose. I
just pushed the button as usual and it was gone. This has happened to me twice.
I would appreciate if you would have my eComment submitted by the clerk of the board
because I would like a written copy of my eComment. It will only take her a minute and
you should to have a functioning system. I am instructed to contact the clerk if I need
assistance. That’s what I did. I followed the instructions given.
Please let me know when this problem is corrected and I will be happy to submit my
eComments on my own. She said it was a third party problem and being worked on.
