On January 17, 2022, the Department of Development Services made the finding that the Certificate of
Merger on the above referenced properties is exempt from environmental review, and approved the
project. Please acknowledge the changes made to the Certificate of Merger, and that the enclosed
packet is what will be recorded. Please allow ten days from the approval date, which falls on
Wednesday, January 27, 2022, before you are able to record the merger.

3.Legals and Plats (matching originals to be submitted as well)
A Clerk Recording Fee made out to "Butte County" is due when you record your Certificate of Merger at
the Clerk Recorder's Office located at 155 Nelson Avenue, Oroville, CA 95965.
