Tristan,
I am going to connect Mike Hill with you concerning the below parcel (see exhibit). Paula and I met with him onsite today to discuss options to allow him to install two more Mobile
Homes.
He may want to include an adjacent parcel to the east: 030-170-039, which is actually separated by an RC parcel he does not own (owned by the DWR) and to the west: 030-170-076. He
was going to consider this and let us know.
We will need to work on the fees, ensuring that we can collect only one retainer for the two projects and eliminate fees that are doubled up.
This will be exempted from CEQA, so no CEQA fees. We can discuss this some more at your 1 on 1.
He is going to need a CUP application (for multi-family housing the GC zone), and a Zoning Code Amendment.
The CUP will be for multi-family housing. The ZCA will be to update our definition of multi family housing to allow multiple separate units on the same parcel:
