A detailed plot plan of adequate scale to clearly show existing and proposed buildings and
improvements to be used for festival facilities shall accompany and be made part of the
“Application for Outdoor Festival License.” If the license is approved, the plot plan becomes part

We will have food vendors in mobile trucks.
We will have MARS medical group on staff.

We will be using a PA system for live music and announcements.
We will have string lights and solar lights.throught the campground, and stage lights.
Only ticket holders will be allowed in, and only ticket sales up to max capacity.
We will have trash cans and recycle bins (55 each) thoughout the campground.We will dispose of
trash and recyclables.
We have a very strict policy on unerage/drunk attendees. We have security and medical to
supervise, as well as crew and volunteers monitoring. We will have a specified person for
fire patrol.

Public campground next to a reservoir (no swim), small creek, trees, view of lake and
mountain. There are 2 outdoor showers and 8 pit toilets, an office and some residential
RVs.
LCC is a historic campsite run by KP LLC. Public camp, open seasonally. Private property
on2 adjoining sides, with many unoccupied acres, Lakeon one side, Concow on the other. Many pine and oak trees. Caretaker on site.
