This is in response to a letter dated December 29, 2021 from Mr. Andrew Hagen
that submitted notification of the 2021 Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Updates and
Reprints that could not be fully eFiled for the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E)
projects listed in the table in the Enclosure.
It is not acceptable to transmit EAP documents via PG&E's Electronic Secure File
Transfer system. EAP documents are noted to be in the portable document format (PDF),
which is a format acceptable for upload to the Commission's eFiling system. All
documents capable of being uploaded to the eFiling system should be transmitted to the
Commission accordingly. If an individual file is too large to be submitted via the eFiling
system (i.e. greater than 50MB), it should be broken down into multiple smaller
components for eFile. If an individual file is too large to be submitted via the eFiling
system and it is not able to be broken down into smaller components, please contact this
office to discuss alternative methods for transmittal.

Within 45 days of the date of this letter, please submit the EAP Updates and
Reprints as described above. File your submittal using the Commission's eFiling system
at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-online/overview. For all Dam Safety and Public Safety
Documents, select Hydro: Regional Office and San Francisco Regional Office from the
eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the material was eFiled.
