Long Term Effects of COVID-19
The majority of COVID-19 individuals recover within
weeks of their illness, although some develop post-
COVID symptoms. People can develop a wide range of
new, returning, or chronic health problems four weeks
or more after being infected with the virus that causes
COVID-19. Even persons who did not show symptoms
of COVID-19 in the days or weeks following their
infection can develop post-COVID complications. For
varying lengths of time, these disorders might manifest
themselves as various sorts and combinations of health
issues.
People frequently report having various combinations
of the following symptoms:
· Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
· Tiredness or fatigue
· Difficulty thinking or concentrating (sometimes referred to as “brain fog”)
· Cough
· Chest or stomach pain
· Headache
· Etc..
