Butte County is a pure disgrace,
Your employees and those how the Tax Collectors Office is a pure disgrace. The
woman who slapped a member of the public needs to be reprimanded immediately.
The police / sheriff officers from your county is a prime example as to why so many
officers are hated across this country.
