Low liquid level in tank indicating tank is leaking and baffle is falling over, tank needs to be replaced. Water backflowed into tank during Hydraulic Load Test, found numerous breaks in line and root intrusion. Leach field needs to be replaced. Mark Muhlbaier April 13, 2022
