We would like to request that you authorize Ben Libby owner of the project to submit building plans to the County Building Dept. We realize that it will be at his own risk since the CUP has not be issued. It appears that the remaining issues are minor and we have worked through the major issues. Due to the increasing interest rates and time frames, it is our desire to have the Building Dept. review run consecutively with the balance of the CUP. I have requested that Matt Johnson with City Land Development give us a buy in on submittal, for your review due to the fact that they have requested to review the site plans for drainage and other issues.
