Subject: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH IMPACTS OF COVID VACCINE ON OUR YOUTH
Mr Kennelly and Ms York,
I am extremely concerned about the psychological and behavioral health impacts the COVID-
19 vaccine has had, and will have on our youth.
Attached is an interview with two pediatric specialists that was literally one of the most
impactful interviews I have watched. I am concerned as the impacts on our children are just
beginning to surface, and will rise exponentially mandates for school are hanging over the
parents like a heavy cloud. The communication to them has been non-existent.
As leaders in the County Behavioral Health and Public Health I want to make sure you know
this is a top priority for many parents in this community. I hope you do as well, and can look
at a joint communication or education effort to bring to the residents of the County.
I think it's imperative to provide pro-active communications on this delicate subject. We
cannot afford to wait for a major outburst or are digging ourselves out of a hole.
Maybe there are best practices out there. Anyway I will stay close to this and look forward to
your thoughts and reaction.
Sincerely,
Julie Threet
