I mentioned the First Amendment and the Brown Act. Perhaps I should have directed my question/s to County Counsel. In addition, I asked about Board of Supervisors’ meetings and how to effectively communicate. I would appreciate someone getting back to me with the answers to my questions. I have a couple questions: 1.) It was really noisy in the lobby and I didn’t get to report on a couple items. Can I go back and put an eComment on those items? If so, what happens to those comments? Do BOSs read them and take them into consideration? 2.) I keep trying to put a picture with my eComment and it doesn’t work. Am I out-of-luck or do I need to do something special? Why doesn’t this work? Please have this fixed. 3.) Lastly, I wanted to lodge a formal complaint about the sound system. The caller’s voice was garbled and I couldn’t hear what she said. I also watched the replay video and it was terrible on the replay, too. This is totally unacceptable when constituents need to express their information to BOSs (and others) and get information from BOSs (and others). This is not only a first amendment right but also a problem with the Brown Act. The system must function properly. People who speak need to be heard and understood. This is a continued complaint.
