Board Members,
In testing the Board Chambers for Tuesday’s meeting, our A/V system critically malfunctioned. At
this point it is unlikely to be repaired by Tuesday. We have developed a temporary solution that will
allow the meeting to be held, but there will be no Zoom/Webex capability, and Granicus will most
likely include just audio.
We have worked with County Counsel to ensure that we are following the Brown Act. We will be
blasting out the agenda again with conspicuously placed notice that there will be no remote
participation.
We continue to work on a complete solution.
