Evacuation procedure in case of emergency – Attendees and staff will be directed to go to their vehicles and our security staff will direct them to the exit and to make the right - hand
turn onto Highway 99. Alternate exit can be quickly created at parking lot end of event in case of an emergency that blocks from normal vehicle exit point.
Procedure for medical emergencies - First Aid staff will evaluate any injuries and determine if medical attention is required. 911 emergency responders will be called if the need is
determined. Enloe Hospital will be notified if attendees or staff are on their way for treatment or evaluation.
Procedure for localized small fires – We have access to 5 fire extinguishers on site. Attendees would be directed outside event area while staff puts out fire with extinguishers. If
fire is not manageable with fire extinguishers, 911 First Responders will be called and attendees evacuated.
