times. Humboldt has been cleaner and safer since the road closure. The dumping has stopped. No one is sleeping in
cars and trailers on the road in the closure area. I feel safe going alone on a bike ride. It seems clear that the closure
is stopping abuse of the area. One need only look at the open section of Humboldt Rd between Bruce Road and the
closure with its trash and alcohol bottles and early morning parked cars and wandering vagabonds occasionally
yelling at runners to see the contrast between closed and not closed. Please, please, please keep Humboldt closed to
through traffic.
