CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS SUSPENDED ON SKYWAY REHABILITATION PROJECT DURING
RED FLAG WARNING
Butte County, Ca—The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the Sacramento
Valley that begins Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. and expires Friday, May 20, 2022 at 8:00 p.m.
Due to the Red Flag Warning, construction operations will be suspended on the Skyway Rehabilitation
Project between the Chico City Limits and the Town of Paradise for the duration of the Red Flag
Warning. Construction operations will resume once the Red Flag Warning has expired.
Please continue to use caution while traveling through the work zone and adhere to all temporary traffic
control measures.
