Thank you for submitting permits for your building project. The permit documents have been reviewed and comments are
listed below. Please respond in writing to each comment. Complete and clear responses will expedite the re-check and
approval of this project. Please provide two revised plan sets with your response, or submit electronically directly to the
Permit Center at dsbuilding@buttecounty.net. For large electronic files, please resubmit to
http://ushare.buttecounty.net/filedrop/DSBuilding@buttecounty.net.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
1. Please respond in writing to each comment by marking this comment list or creating a response letter. Indicate which
detail, specification, or calculation shows the requested information. At minimum, the following must be included
with each plan review response:
A. Page / sheet number(s), detail / specification number(s), etc., and include all applicable code section(s).
B. Briefly explain in writing, how the design is intended to comply with the applicable code sections.
C. Revisions must be identified with a cloud and delta symbol.
Complete and clear responses will expedite the re-check of this project.
2. Plan changes will be billed at a time and material basis.
NON-STRUCTURAL COMMENTS:
3. Provide a plan showing location of all permanent agriculture equipment inside the building and label said equipment.
ELECTRICAL COMMENTS:
E1. Provide specification sheets for all electrical equipment installed.
STRUCTURAL COMMENTS:
1. Provide anchoring plan and calculations for all permanently installed equipment weighting over 400lbs.
