Good afternoon Board members,
I apologize for the late email however we had some delays gathering this information about two of
the Board items due to staffing issues and COVID-19.
3.04-Crestwood: The daily rate range for Crestwood facilities that we are using is $235-$404 for
residential and $25-$61 for a patch. The number of clients currently placed is 21.
4.03-Aegis-Please see attached information for clinical summary.
