Good afternoon all. Please carefully and thoroughly watch this video of
interaction that recently occurred in a Butte County office. Below is a link to the
video.
https://youtu.be/kQ_vBvYSbm4
Have you all thoroughly reviewed the rude, aggressive, disrespectful,
unprofessional and borderline illegal behavior displayed by your "public servants"
in this video? The unprofessional behavior of your employees in this video would
not be tolerated in the private sector. This is why the public has lost trust in the
government and government employees. What happened to "public servants"
having an actual attitude to SERVE? The employees displayed in this video make
all employees associated with Butte County look bad. Public servants are not
above the law and should respect the rights of American citizens. Show respect
for the US Constitution! Personal feelings and preferences don't trump the rights
of the people! It's very discouraging to see that even people that work for the
district attorney's office doesn't not understand civil liberties! Please discourage
your staff from wasting tax dollars and valuable police resources by making
unnecessary, bogus police calls. The type of unprofessionalism displayed by your
employees in this videos typically goes unaddressed because of fraternizing
amongst employees. You are in a position of leadership. Real leaders hold the
people under them accountable. Hold your people accountable! Uphold a standard
that EVERYONE must follow. Early in the video, Kiley even attempted to assault
the man filming the video. That alone should be an offense worth termination!
Her employment should be terminated. What repricussions have these employees
faced? What steps have you all taken to ensure the civil rights of civilians aren't
violated by your staff members going forward?
Regards,
Concerned Civilian
