Dear Sir,
You asked us to perform and inspection on the alternative wastewater treatment system at the
above listed address. Because the home on this parcel burned in the Camp Fire, we are unable
to complete a full inspection.
On February 10, 2022, we met on-site with your technician, Grant, to test the pump system.
To perform the test we had to cut out the melted Bio-tube vault. We plumbed our pump to the
discharge line, and ran the tank down to test the leach lines. We did not see any surfacing
effluent, however we also could not find any flush-outs and/or piezometers.
This system needs major repairs to be considered viable. Please let us know if we can be of
further service to you and your company.
