Proposed 10 lot residential subdivision to be completed as a single development phase.
The existing site topography is rolling hills vegetated with oak trees and native rangeland
grasses. The project boundary is bound on the easterly, westerly and southerly sides by
a concrete lined irrigation ditch that is owned and operated by South Feather Water and
Power Agency. There are no existing structures on the site.
