HomeMy WebLinkAbout22-076WHEREAS, on the 6th day of March, 2020 the Butte County Public Health Officer, Dr. Andrew Miller, declared a local health emergency due to COVID-19; and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of March 2020 the Butte County Board of Supervisors reaffirmed and ratified that local health, emergency declaration; and WHEREAS, while the CO,VID-19 response continues, the situation resulting from conditions of the pandemic is now deemed to be within a stable use of protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities within the County of Butte; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the California Health and Safety Code, Section 101080, the board of supervisors shall proclaim the termination of the local health emergency at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, does hereby proclaim the termination of said local Public Health emergency.
