Board Members,
There is a fire burning in the Bangor Area. We have activated the EOC at Level 1. We have some
evacuation warnings and one area under orders. We are lining up a shelter, but are holding off for a
bit because there’s a good chance CAL FIRE will catch the fire before it spreads.
This will be my only report for this fire unless we need to actually open the shelter.
Meanwhile, there are lots of reports of fireworks being used outside Oroville city limits. We’re
bracing for a long evening, but hoping for the best.
