HomeMy WebLinkAbout7.8.22 Press Release_ Pentz Road Repair Work From:McAfee-Bowersox, Miranda Subject:Press Release: Pentz Road Repair Work Date:Friday, July 8, 2022 3:51:40 PM FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE July 8, 2022 CONTACT Kevin Serrao Butte County Public Works (530) 538-7681 PENTZ ROAD REPAIR WORK Butte County, CA – Starting July 11, 2022, through mid-September 2022, construction crews will begin work on Pentz Road from Hwy 70 to the Paradise Town limits to repair damages resulting from cleanup and recovery efforts from the Camp Fire. Construction work will consist of clearing and grubbing, cold planning existing asphalt pavement, paving, shoulder backing, culvert repair, thermoplastic striping and markings, and retroreflective pavement markers. Construction operations will take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Traffic control measures will be in place, and motorists can expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
