I guess they printed these forms thinking they were the neighbor notifications. This is a silly question but will they need to resign the correct form?

So the Well is on Biggs Princeton Road, and the APN is 022-120-024. Attached are the copies of the Ag Water Well Permit Acknowledgement (signed by all of the neighbors), a copy of one
of the Adjacent Property Owner Well Notification which was sent to each of the surrounding land owners, as well as the Flood Elevation Certificate. If you could confirm after review
that these are the proper documents I would greatly appreciate it. If these are not the desired forms, please give me a call so I can get this straightened out quickly. Thank You.
