To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to provide certification for the installation of the onsite sewage disposal
system for the subject property. To the best of my knowledge the said system has been constructed in
accordance with the approved design and construction/as-built plans. NexGen Engineering and
Consulting LLC is not responsible for construction defects caused by the contractor’s failure to conduct
work according to the plans and specifications.
