Subject: Incomplete Letter – Tentative Parcel Map (TPM22-0005);
Dear Mr. Royal,
Additional information is requested to continue analysis of Tentative Parcel Map Application TPM22-0005, for a four-lot parcel map upon APN: 041-120-134. In order to proceed with our review of this application, the Department of Development Services and the Environmental Health Division of Public Health request a revised plat with building sites (located outside of the Agricultural Buffer areas) and MUWA (Minimum Usable Wastewater Areas) indicated clearly upon each resultant parcel. Additionally, the Public Works Department noted that existing encroachments should be indicated upon the plat.
