ENSURE COVER MANAGEMENT SUPPLIES ARE NEARBY FOR EMERGENCY USE IN COVERING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS BEFORE RAINFALL. AREA MAY RELOCATE DURING PROGRESSION OF PROJECT. 3.
