Below is a summary of the Zoning Administrator hearing on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
There were two items on the agenda:
1. Tentative Parcel Map (TPM21-0009) Proposal to subdivide 4.64-acre property into
four lots of 1.16 acres. The project site is located at 422 Kelly Ridge Road: east side
of Kelly Ridge Road, south of Galaxy Avenue, 2 miles east of the City of Oroville.
This project was approved.
2. Grading Permit PWGRD16-0001 and CEQA Review CEQA16-0001. Zoning
Administrator determination for withdrawal of application due to inactivity / pending
fees due. The applicant, Hanover Properties, LLC requested approval of a Grading
Permit (PWGRD16-0001) pursuant to Butte County Code Chapter 13, Article 1 for an
illegal grading operation in 2013 that affected an area of approximately 2.30 acres of
the 40-acre parcel and displaced in excess of 4,080 cubic yards. The project parcel
(APN: 028-370-013) is located east of Chinese Wall Road, approximately 1,000 feet
north of the intersection of Chinese Wall Road and Swedes Flat Road, approximately
6 ¼ miles southeast of the City of Oroville. This project was withdrawn.

As with the previous updates, the decisions may also be searched in eTRAKiT for project
type “ZDN”, which is the Zoning Decision Number.

the second field. The third field is blank - type “ZDN”, then click search.
2. You will see all of the ZDN (currently ZDN13-0001 through ZDN22-0024). If you
prefer, you can click on the Project Number column to sort starting with the most
current decision.
3. Click on any one of the rows to view the project. A direct link to the Parent Project
can be found in the lower portion of the screen.
