NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 8 of
Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "550 -Child Support Services" by deleting there from the following:
Position, Class Code Cl'assification
2.0 1055/1056 Office Specialist, Senior/Office Specialist (effective 7/1/2(122)
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 14 of
Ordinance No. 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "570 -Employment and Social Services" by deleting there from the,
following:
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 5359/5357 Registry and Referral Specialist/Registry and Referral Aide (effective 7/1/2022)
1.0 5373/5375 Deputy Public Guardian/Public Administrator, Senior/Deputy Public
Guardian/Public Administrator (effective 7/1/2022)
Thereby decreasing total allocations by 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby amends Section 24 of
Ordinance No, 4213 of the County of Butte entitled "360 -Sheriff -Coroner" by adding there to the following:
Position Class Code Classification
2.0 6813 Sheriff's Sergeant (effective 7/1/2022)
And deleting
Position Class Code Classification
1.0 6827 Correctional Deputy (effective 7/1/2022)
Thereby increasing total allocations by 1.
