The Basis of Bearing for this survey is the northerly line of Lot 12 as shown on the "Northbridge
Subdivision Map Unit No. 2", recorded in Book 34 of Maps, Pages 32-33. All found monuments per said
Subdivision Map were accepted as per their currently established positions with the exception of the
southeast corner of Lot 11. Said southeast corner and all other lot corners for Lot 11, as shown on sheet
2 of 2, were replaced with a 5/8" rebar tagged "RCE 31689".
